I watched a Programme on television regarding the elderly at the Gym, and the benefits that they've gained. I am in my early 70s. Having to get a referral from the Doctor, Louise then sorted an individual personal fitness programme that has improved my flexibility and that is easily adapted as I get fitter.
My wife has helped me regain my diet, and coming to the Gym three times a week I've managed to lose a few pounds. Losing the weight has been a bonus. The atmosphere in the gym is very friendly and Louise our fitness expert is always there to help.

Been struggling with acute back pain for months. Louise prescribed me a set of stretching exercises twice daily and I do believe it's doing the trick. Pain levels well down and occasionally none at all.

First visit this evening and totally loved it - Louise the trainer was very welcoming and helpful, totally changed my opinion of "gyms". Can't wait to go back again next week - fantastic opportunity for any locals wanting to try a gym without the pressure of a big mainstream facility and it's cheaper than a Costa Coffee !!!! Win, win

As a late 60's male who has taken part in many sports over his lifetime, a few niggles plus a 'frozen shoulder ' had reduced me to an 'also ran' in the human race. Fortunately thanks to a sceptical visit to the gym, and some very helpful programming by a fitness expert by the name of Louise, I am now leading a much more hectic life. (Mental note: Must go back for a rest!!!!)
Highly recommend going, as others have said, good atmosphere and no pressure to impress. Keep up the great work.
I was never a ‘sporty’ teenager or young adult. A friend inspired me to go to the gym, and I arrived with much trepidation. Louise immediately put me at ease and designed my first programme; I enjoyed the fact that there was no competition with other users. After nearly two years of regular visits to the gym, I am fitter, a better shape and, probably more importantly, more confident in my own abilities.

I've been using the gym since it opened and look forward to going, it's friendly and easy going, but best of all ........ there's no mirrors!! :-)
