Exercise is the miracle cure we've always had, but for too long many of us have neglected to take a suitable dose. People's health may now be suffering as a consequence.
Whatever your age, there's strong evidence that physical activity can help with a healthier and even happier life. People who exercise regularly can have a lower risk of many chronic diseases, such as heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes and some cancers. Research shows that physical activity can also boost self-esteem, mood, sleep quality and energy.

OUR EXERCISE REFERRAL SCHEME
Our Exercise Referral Scheme continues to thrive,
with local practices recommending the Gym to patients who they feel would benefit from some additional help. This will be help people whose Doctor feels their health would improve with exercise or those requiring rehabilitation exercises. This is another area where Louise's expertise is important to the gym.
